  • (e) news and press information;
  • (f) simple facts and data.

Also, according to Chapter 10 Article 85 Paragraph 2,

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Română: Descrierea stemei

Stema municipiului Gheorgheni se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite. În câmp de azur, pe o terasă verde cu trei coline, cea din mijloc mai înaltă, se ridică un brad de argint, flancat în partea superioară, în dreapta de un soare de aur, iar în stinga de o semilună crescătoare, de argint.

Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu cinci turnuri crenelate.

Semnificaţia elementelor însumate:

Localitatea avea stemă şi sigiliu încă din secolul al XIX-lea, păstrându-se elementele heraldice din acea perioadă. Terasa verde cu trei coline simbolizează zona muntoasă în care este aşezat municipiul. Bradul face referire la bogăţia silvică a zonei. Aştrii fac parte din simbolistica specifică a localităţii. Coroana murală cu cinci turnuri crenelate semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de municipiu.
