Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из двух равных вертикальных полос жёлтого и зелёного цвета. В середине полотнища изображена упирающаяся вершиной в верхний край и нисходящая внизу в нижние углы двухцветная ель: зелёная на жёлтой части полотнища и жёлтая на зелёной части. На ели, ближе к нижнему краю полотнища, изображена жёлтая деревянная башня с чёрной двухъярусной крышей
